From Birger Claesson's book:
Sveriges ödestimme

Foreword by the author:

The contents of this small brochure have already been made known to the public through public lectures in many places around the country, as was previously the case with the visions in "Dom över Sverige", before they were published in book form at the beginning of 1951.

Especially after my revelation in September 1951, I have felt strongly the obligation to present to our Swedish people the serious message that has been given to me. I have been able to speak on the subject of the present brochure in no less than 22 of the country's state churches in addition to a number of Pentecostal churches and other venues - including also to a gathering of military personnel and industrialists in Kumla.

Everywhere this message of warning and revival has been received with the greatest interest and seriousness.

The events of recent days, which have suddenly sharpened the seriousness of our country's external situation, have quite naturally further strengthened my desire to warn and awaken our people and have now contributed to the decision to publish this latest revelation of mine.

And yet it is not primarily any military or political interest that has prompted me to speak out.

The intention of this book is above all that it may serve as a spiritual revival message and become a means for many individuals in our country and elsewhere to seek God for salvation, while there is still time.

Kumla, June 20, 1952.
